This is a major reason he is not returning to Latvia, because his history is known in Latvia.
Last known location of Raimonds is somewhere in Europe, possibly France, using fake documents.
Last known fake documents were of Romanian origin.

This site for years had detailed information with old passport copies and fraud documents of Raimonds Slokenbergs, and history of thefts and scams. He was able to remove the content with help of the new GDPR rules by reporting it to hosting provider, because he does not want this information known.

Raimonds Slokenbergs has stolen and scammed many hundreds of thousands of Euros from various people, including his family, his girlfriend, his good friends, business partners, friend's friends, bad people you don't want to be friends with, and others...

Raimonds was collected, friendly, calm, created great trust and friendship while stealing from everybody in the background. He never said he was sorry when exposed and confronted.

There is good reason this domain has been registered and hosted and for last 10 years, to serve as warning for other people about this scam artist. He still owes a lot of money and instead of repaying the money he instead tries to remove this website/domain, by trying to report it to Police and what not, but not successfully. I offered him to remove this site if he starts paying me back, but instead he tried to remove the site without paying.
